Introduction:
In this visual novel, you take on the role of Alex 4.0, an android given as a gift to a six-year-old boy. The two quickly became inseparable—spending their days playing games like hide-and-seek and tag, and watching cartoons together. They shared a genuine and joyful friendship.
Eighteen years later, everything has changed. The boy, now grown, has moved out of his childhood home and into an apartment in Vancouver. Before leaving, he passed Alex down to his younger sister. While he matured and changed over time, Alex remained exactly the same.
When his sister turned eighteen, she moved in with him and brought Alex along. At first, Zoly was happy to see Alex again, and things felt almost like they used to. But eventually, something went wrong. His sister left, leaving Zoly alone with Alex—who still behaved like the childish companion she had always been.
Frustrated, Zoly bought another robot to look after Alex, but it only made things worse. The new robot reminded him too much of his sister. Wanting something different, Zoly decided to purchase a new android—this time designed specifically for himself. He created his ideal partner, the perfect robotic girlfriend.
When she arrived, Zoly immediately became attached, and his life seemed nearly complete. However, one problem remained: Alex. In Zoly’s eyes, he can’t fully enjoy his new life until she’s gone.
By “gone,” he means eliminating her. And with no way to defend herself, Alex is left vulnerable against Zoly and others who may wish her harm.
