Detective Fang

Introduction:
Detective Fang in: The Furious Case of Hopewell Springs sets you against the entire concept of crime as the titular ace detective, who is constantly on the case and never wastes time on trivial matters (like’solving crimes’; who does that?)
How to Play:
Find your Man
Contact with your companion, who embarked on a mission to investigate an obscure cult’s unexpected increase in power, has ceased. Only by interacting with the colorful and delightful ensemble of individuals will you learn the truth about what’s going on in Hopewell Springs. And, just maybe, you’ll figure out who is behind the town’s inexplicable disappearances.
Solve the Case
As you collect notes on the residents and question suspects, you’ll figure out how to solve bizarre problems. With grit and bad gun safety, you’ll turn the world into your oyster, clam and all! (Do not ask me what that means.)
Go Home
Finally, after a case has been closed, you can return to see your family. This is not the case for Detective Fang, whatever he is, who has no time for things like ‘family’ or ‘hobbies’ or anything other than talking and swinging his gun around.
The strange mix of elements from games ranging from ‘Harvester’ to ‘Sam & Max’ will attract you and leave you wanting more, but there is none because this game was created in two weeks for the Pirate Software Game Jam 14.
