Echo JP

Echo JP is a visual novel about horror that takes place in a remote, little desert hamlet in the Southwest. A young otter named Chase, who was raised in Echo, returns for spring break to complete a school assignment that involves recording an incident that happened in the 1870s.

The current situation of the town could have resulted from this incident. He has the chance to see his childhood Echo pals, five of whom he grew up with. Chase, though, starts to see that Echo’s recollections could have been overly idealized. Going back to the town brings up unpleasant memories and reveals secrets that have been simmering inside the group for years.

Furthermore, Chase starts to suspect that Echo could be hiding something. The strange, inexplicable memories that he blamed on his overactive childhood imagination may not actually have been imagination. Finally, an event is triggered that makes these fears more tangible and dangerous.

Chase is now forced into a situation where he must help his friends face or escape their demons. Either way, Echo isn’t going to let them go that easily… All 5 main routes are fully translated and playable. Side story content is not translated.
