Void Transfer (WIP)

I recently purchased RPG Maker XP because it was much less expensive than I had anticipated, especially considering that it is older. I’m working on an incomplete but playable project to try to learn the engine.

Ruby appears to be a quite basic high-level language, and you just really need to alter scripts to get your desired effect. It is quite different from Godot or Unreal in that it begins fairly simple and then gets a little more sophisticated over time.

I’m not sure whether I’ll finish this game because it’s more of a learning exercise than anything else. It’s a neat game engine that feels like Ren’py but for JRPG style games (yes, I know, of course).
