A Hellish Journey

The protagonist of the tale is Aki (name may be altered), a mercenary wolf with a nasty reputation who was hired to perform any task, good or bad. After his mother and father abandoned him, he lived as a street wolf in an unidentified kingdom while growing up. He eventually found a kindhearted person who helped him get back on his feet, but the stranger would later abandon him on a crucial task.

Then he found himself alone once more, recalling and applying all the lessons the stranger had given him, and using those abilities to turn into a mercenary.
However, his actions were excessive and soon became inappropriate, upsetting the king when a task went terribly wrong. He was given the option of being deported or stepping down as a mercenary, but the knights of the realm eventually found him and killed him.

Before he was fully dead, however, a notorious demon became interested in him and struck a deal with him, allowing him to become his vessel and live with unfathomable powers and immortality.

The demon and Aki performed an entirely inappropriate action with his newly acquired power, drawing the attention of other demons. Who might they be? Are they here to support him along the way? Is there any chance you may become friends with one of them? Or perhaps they’re here for Aki’s head. The narrative will continue.

You will face obstacles on your way, personality changes, and burdens that must be carried with you, which will cause you to almost lose sight of your true self. However, there is an option, a choice to stay as a lone-wolf mercenary, or new found personality as a demon wolf within the choices you’ve chosen along the way… Tread lightly and bring Aki to a path that you think is right.
