- You cant see ghosts unless your torch hits them – rattling furniture and waving curtains can be used to detect ghosts where your torch can’t reach

- choose sidegrades that modify your torch, like pinpoint or strobe that sacrifice one aspect but boost another
- upgrade rooms of the mansion with their own fixed light sources to help you detect and eliminate ghosts
