Introduction:
This short story further explores the world surrounding the cast of “The Movie”, following Lorelei, a dragoness from Germany who is trying to balance the demands of life as both a researcher and an actress.
Determined to keep her career moving forward, Lorelei accepts a role in a film production and sets out for the studio. With time against her, she rents a car and begins a long journey along a remote, winding road.
What starts as a routine drive soon takes an unexpected turn, leaving her stranded and forcing her to confront an unplanned pause. As she waits, Lorelei reflects on her ambitions, the pressures of juggling two careers, and the events that led her to this moment. Through her introspection, the story offers a glimpse into her fatigue, determination, and the often-overlooked challenges faced by the people behind “The Movie.”
