Introduction:
Each monster has three types: Quick (Green), Magic (Blue), and Strong (Red). In addition to being stronger in one stat and weaker in another (Strong beats Quick beats Magic beats Strong), each type is strong against one and weak against the other. Up to three monsters may accompany you, and you can swap out one of them for another by obtaining another. Another way to get a free round of combat is to use your hammer to assault a monster.
By leveling up or obtaining upgrades from chests, your monsters can become more powerful. In order to level up, you must gather a variety of goods from the ruins, which you can obtain by opening chests, slaying creatures, and smashing rocks and plants with your hammer. You can find special secret chests that give your monsters permanent buffs.
The dungeon has five floors, each of which is more challenging than the last. You have to find a door to confront the boss as you proceed deeper. You can advance to the next floor by defeating the boss. The monsters that can be discovered on each floor are the only differences between them, other from their strength. Any monster in the game can appear on any floor after the sixth, and the challenge gradually rises.
Notes:
- Twelve base monsters and twelve more powerful “High” versions make up the game’s total of 24 distinct monsters. In contrast to the High monsters, which can only be battled, mostly as bosses, the player can utilize all 12 of the base monsters.
- After the balance update, kindly let me know what you think should be altered in the meantime.
- A later build will include these items.
