Introduction:

Yang Minghao, an employee at Wenjie Hair Salon, attends a comic convention at the A City Cultural Center with his friend Zhou Yan. While exploring the venue, they meet He An—a Siamese cat-like beastman who is distributing free limited-edition anime merchandise in one corner of the hall.

This chance meeting leads the three of them to spend the day together, enjoying different convention activities before later gathering at a late-night barbecue stall to talk about their lives.

During their conversation, He An opens up about his struggles with school, relationships, and the deep self-doubt he has been carrying. As Yang Minghao listens and tries to comfort him, memories from his own past begin to resurface—particularly of his deer-like beastman lover who once saved him from falling into despair, but who later passed away due to illness.

What begins as a calm and friendly night gradually takes a darker turn, eventually unfolding into a tense situation where their lives hang in the balance.
