Introduction:

We’re nearing the end. The warnings are everywhere now—showing up in your prediction algorithms, slipping into your dreams, and murmured by the not-quite-people wandering the streets. The world’s collapse is imminent.

Cascade Failure takes place in the bleak, dystopian future of 2007 and follows a desperate, last-chance attempt to prevent the apocalypse.

The game itself was a commercial flop and eventually became considered lost media for almost twenty years. That is, until a suspiciously odd man at a garage sale handed us a nearly complete demo. Thanks to our top preservationists, it’s now in a playable state. Just keep in mind—it hails from 2006. So yes, expect some jank.
